Wire transfer fee not disclosed
I initiated a wire transfer through Chase mobile app and was charged a $35 fee that was never disclosed during the process. The app showed "no fee" during the transaction setup. When I called customer service, they said fees apply to all wire transfers but couldn't explain why it wasn't shown. I feel this is deceptive practice.
