Unauthorized charges on my credit card

I noticed several charges on my Chase credit card that I didn't make. The charges appeared over a 3-day period totaling $1,250. I immediately called to report this, but the fraud department keeps transferring me to different departments. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received a provisional credit. This is causing me significant financial stress.
