Samsung TV has dead pixels after 1 month
I bought a 65-inch Samsung QLED TV in August 2024. Within one month, I noticed several dead pixels in the center of the screen. Samsung customer service says this is "within acceptable limits" and won't repair or replace it. For a $1,200 TV, this quality is unacceptable. I've escalated twice but keep getting the same response.
