Samsung refrigerator stopped working after 6 months
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator model RF23R6201SR in March 2024. It suddenly stopped cooling in September 2024, just 6 months after purchase. When I called for warranty service, I was told the part needed is backordered for 4 weeks. It's been 2 months and I still have no fridge. This is unacceptable for a premium appliance.
