Package delivered to wrong address
My Amazon Prime package was marked as delivered but I never received it. The GPS location shows it was delivered to a different address 5 miles away. Customer service keeps telling me to check with neighbors and wait 48 hours. It's been a week and I still don't have my package or refund. The item was a birthday gift for my daughter.
