Amazon Prime subscription keeps auto-renewing
I cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription in my account settings, but I keep getting charged $14.99 monthly. I've called 4 times and each representative says they've cancelled it, but the charges continue. I've had to dispute these charges with my credit card company twice now. This feels intentional.
