Delayed delivery of iPhone 15 Pro Max

I ordered the new iPhone 15 Pro Max on September 15th with promised delivery within 7-10 business days. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order. The tracking hasn't updated in 2 weeks. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times but only get automated responses. This is frustrating as I needed this phone for work purposes.
