Mortgage payment processing issues

For the past 3 months, my mortgage payments to Bank of America have been processed late even though I'm paying on the due date. This is affecting my credit score. I've spoken to multiple representatives who admit their system has issues, but no one can fix it permanently. I'm considering refinancing to another bank.
